1. Single-dose therapy:
I.V. 30mg each time under 65 years old; people 65 years old and over, with renal insufficiency and weight less than 50kg,
15mg each time.
2. Repeated administration therapy:
patients under 65 years old, 30mg I.V., , q6hr, and the maximum daily dose is 120mg. For those 65 years of age or older, with renal insufficiency and weight less than 50kg, 15mg I.V., q6hr, and the maximum daily dose is 60mg. |
