1) Treatment of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism: intravenous injection, the initial dose is 10,000 units, and then 5,000 ~ 10,000 units are given every 4 to 6 hours.
2) Hemodialysis and hemofiltration: the initial dose is 1000-5000 units, the maintenance dose is 1,000-2,000 units/hour. Adjust the dose following the retention time of clotting> 40 minutes, and stop using it one hour before the end of dialysis. |
