Indications	Gastroesophageal reflux disease-treatment of erosive reflux esophagitis. Symptomatic treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Combing with appropriate antibacterial drugs to eradicate Helicobacter pylori and treat duodenal ulcers caused by Helicobacter pylori. Patients who require continuous use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). Treatment of gastric ulcers related to NSAID therapy. Treatment of Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome (ZES). Treatment to prevent rebleeding of peptic ulcer.
Dosage Initial & maintenance dose	1) Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and erosive reflux esophagitis:40 mg QD (AC) , for 4-8 weeks. 2) Combined use with appropriate antibacterial therapy to eradicate and treat duodenal ulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori: 40 mg QD (AC) + amoxicillin 1g BID (AC)+ clarithromycin 500mg BID (AC), for 7days. 3) Patients who require continuous use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID): 40 mg QD (AC), for 4-8 weeks. 4) Treatment to prevent rebleeding of peptic ulcer. 40 mg QD (AC), for 4 weeks. 5) Treatment of Zollinger Ellison Syndrome (ZES). 40-80mg BID (AC).
